I have run a psychotherapy practice in London for over twelve years, and I have worked as an Honorary Psychotherapist with the Department of Psychotherapy at the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead, London.

What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy

Together, within a shared and secure space we think about how early traumatic experiences might be influencing the present. We do this by forming a relationship of trust, allowing communication in words that promotes the understanding and integration of previously unacknowledged aspects of the self and relationships. The boundaries of time and place are particularly important and this reliability is observed carefully.
