Clinical Experience in Psychotherapy

I am a psychologist and psychotherapist using Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and integrative therapies to support clients struggling with a variety of issues. I see individual and couples and work with people who are depressed, grieving, having relationship difficulties and dealing with loneliness and despair as well as many other presenting issues. I practice psychotherapy in London, both in Bow near Mile End and West Hampstead.

What to Expect during Psychotherapy

Transactional Analysis focuses on how we communicate and interact with each other, working from different states (ego states) as well as analysis of repeating patterns of thinking, feeling and behaviour that can cause problems.

I have worked in the field of cancer and bereavement and am experienced in working with existential issues such as anguish, anxiety, loneliness and despair.
