Clinical Experience in Counselling, Psychology and Psychotherapy

I currently work as a chartered counselling psychologist and an accredited cognitive behavioural therapist in both private practice, in the NHS and with occupational issues in corporations. I have substantial experience of working with a range of issues across the lifespan. I am able to provide face to face, telephone, and online counselling via secure email. I also provide consultative support for businesses regarding the mental health of employees. I practice from consulting rooms both in Southampton and Otterbourne, just outside Winchester.

What to Expect during Counselling, Psychology and Psychotherapy

As a counselling psychologist I have been trained in various models of psychotherapy. This allows me to ensure that I am using the most appropriate methods to help a client with their problems. I work both short and long term with issues clients are currently facing but also issues from his or her past. I have also gone on to specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
