A Counselling Psychologist since April 2005, I have 8 years of experience in Counselling and Psychology. I work with Individuals, Couples and Families.

What to Expect during Counselling and Psychology

After an initial assessment in Brentford, there is no obligation to proceed if you do not wish to. As Client and Therapist, we can use the safe space to explore the mental wellbeing difficulties for which you are considering Counselling or Psychology. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling and Psychology practice is appropriate for you.
