Clinical Experience in Counselling

I have been working as a Counsellor since 1997. My work includes working for MIND in Croydon (five years) and for Parenthood in Tunbridge Wells (two years). I currently work for an EAP company (eight years) as a Telephone Counsellor and Case Manager and have a private counselling practice in East Grinstead.

What to Expect during Counselling

I work with an Integrative approach. Using different methods, techniques and concepts from a variety of approaches (Person Centred, Cognitive Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Mindfulness and others) depending on what the client needs. I believe that each person is unique and perceives and interprets the world differently. I give each client the opportunity to explore and promote awareness, expression of feelings and perceptions. Developing a better understanding of self will lead to change and to a more fulfilled life.
