How I Work
What I offer:• A place to be heard and understood.
• A safe space to bring painful feelings and explore aspects of yourself.
• A sense of release in saying out loud what has been left unsaid.
• Help to make sense of your past and your feelings.
• Insight and understanding so you can make decisions in your life that will work out better for you.
My approach is psychodynamic. This means we can explore together at how the past might be affecting your present. It may also involve looking at how we repeat patterns in life until we better understand ourselves.
Clinical Training in Counselling, Psychotherapy
I trained at Regents College School of Psychotherapy and Counselling, qualifying in 2000. I'm committed to regular continuing professional studies to expand my knowledge.I am a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Accredited Psychotherapist.
