Clinical Experience in Counselling and Psychotherapy

I qualified as a psychotherapist in 1984 and have been registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) since 1994. I am qualified and accredited in both humanistic and psychoanalytical therapies. I have been practising in the Twickenham area for over twenty five years. I offer ongoing psychotherapy and short term counselling both to couples and individuals.

What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy

I arrange an initial assessment session in which issues can be raised and questions asked. In this initial session clients can get a feel for the way I work. My way of working is adapted to the individual needs of the patient and is drawn from my humanistic and psychodynamic background and experience.
