Individuals: first session set at £40.00, subsequent appointments between £35.00 and £45.00 - 60 minutes.
Couples: first session set at £45.00, subsequent appointments between £40.00 and £50.00 - 60 minutes.
Approximate length of therapy: long term from 6 to 100 sessions

Welcome. I'm Katrina. I am a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Accredited (MBACP Accred) Counsellor and Psychotherapist and UK Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (UKRCP) Registered Independent (UKRCP Reg Ind) Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I assist people, each one unique, to work through their difficulties. My private Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is based in Earley, Reading.

A Counsellor and Psychotherapist since July 2004, I have 7 years of experience in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I work with Individuals and Couples. I am highly experienced in providing Counselling and Psychotherapy to people from different backgrounds and cultures, and dealing with the particular problems they face. My specialist experience is in Personal Relationships.

In addition to being a Counsellor and Psychotherapist in private practice in Earley, Reading, I have experience as a Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Counsellor and Psychotherapist.

What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy

At an initial appointment in Earley, Reading, there is no obligation to continue if you decide not to. As Client and Therapist, we can take the opportunity to explore the current or unresolved past difficulties for which you are considering Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will address any questions you may have. We can see how well we work together. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.

The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to concentrate on your concerns so you feel heard, respected and supported. To get the most from Counselling and Psychotherapy you will need to be able to work collaboratively.
