Hi. I'm Nikki. I am a British Psychological Society (BPS) Chartered Counselling Psychologist (CPsychol) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registered Counselling Psychologist. I assist people, each one unique, to work through their difficulties. My private Counselling and Psychology practice is situated in Richmond. I also practise in Haslemere.

A Counselling Psychologist since September 2004, I have 8 years of experience in Counselling and Psychology. I work with Individuals and Couples. I'm experienced in working with people from different backgrounds and cultures, and assisting with the particular hurdles they face.

What to Expect during Counselling and Psychology

After a preliminary meeting in Richmond, there is no obligation to proceed if you decide not to. As Client and Therapist, we may take the opportunity to explore the current or unresolved past concerns for which you are considering Counselling or Psychology. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. You can see how you feel working with me. You and I will then be able to ascertain if my Counselling and Psychology practice is right for you.

The aim of my Counselling and Psychology practice is to attend to what brings you to therapy in a confidential and focused environment, develop your knowledge of causes of concerns so you discover what to change or accept and tailor therapy to you and your needs. To get the most from Counselling and Psychology you will need to be able to speak openly with me and reflect and work collaboratively.

As a British Psychological Society (BPS) Chartered Counselling Psychologist (CPsychol) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registered Counselling Psychologist, I am trained and experienced in using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Gestalt Therapy, Humanistic and Integrative Therapy, Integrative Cognitive Therapy and Transpersonal Therapy to assist people to alleviate their distress.
