I help people to address the causes of problems, reduce symptoms, and live more fully. My private Counselling, Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy practice is located in West End, London.
I have been a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist since September 2008 so I have over 4 years and 8 months of post-registration experience of working with clients. In addition, I gained years of experience of working with clients as part of my training. I work with Individuals. I'm experienced in working with people from corporate backgrounds, people from different backgrounds and cultures and the gay community, and helping with the particular difficulties they face. My specialist experience is in Anxiety, Depression, Personality Difficulties and Relationship Problems.

What to Expect during Counselling, Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy
After an initial consultation in West End, London, there is no requirement to continue if you decide not to. You and I can take the opportunity to discuss the particular difficulties for which you seek Counselling, Psychoanalysis or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. We can see how well we work together. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling, Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy practice is appropriate for you.The aim of my Counselling, Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy practice is to attend to what brings you to therapy in a confidential and focused environment, develop your insight of your thoughts and how they may increase or decrease your symptoms, develop your knowledge of causes of concerns so you discover what to change or accept and tailor therapy to you and your needs. To get the most from Counselling, Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy you will need to be able to be open to change, participate, speak openly with me and reflect and work collaboratively.
As a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist - Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist, I am highly trained and experienced in using Attachment Based Psychoanalytic Therapy, Attachment Based Therapy, Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Psychoanalytic Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Relational Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) to assist people to get through the difficulties they experience.
