Psychoanalytic Therapy
Psychoanalytic Therapy is based on the idea that you unconsciously repeat patterns from your past in your current life. During therapy, it is possible to explore and understand those patterns, some of which manifest themselves with the difficulties you attend therapy for, in order to bring about lasting change. Generally 12 to 100 sessions: depends on issue and other factors.
