After an initial appointment in East Dulwich, London, there is no obligation to continue if you decide not to. We can use the time to explore the particular concerns for which you are considering Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will address any questions you may have. We can see how well we work together. You and I will then be able to establish if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.

The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to tailor therapy to you and your needs. To get the most from Counselling and Psychotherapy you will need to be able to work collaboratively.

As a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist, I am trained and experienced in using Existential Therapy and Humanistic and Integrative Therapy to assist people to live more fully.

Existential Therapy

The emphasis is on exploration, where my role is to help you to open up the choices and possibilities in a particular situation and in your life in general, to clarify your values and priorities, and to achieve a greater understanding of what you want from your life. Generally 4 to 150 sessions: depends on issue and other factors.
