As a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist - Psychosynthesis Psychotherapist, I am trained and experienced in using Cognitive Therapy and Psychosynthesis Therapy to assist people to live more fully.
Cognitive Therapy
Cognitive Therapy is about working in a contained and supportive way to consider how thoughts, feelings, body experiences and behaviours may be shaping your experience of the world and getting in the way of being fully yourself. Generally 10 to 20 sessions: depends on issue and other factors.
Psychosynthesis Therapy
Psychosynthesis Therapy is a practical and compassionate approach to supporting your life journey to wholeness focusing on body, feelings, mind, sexual being and spirit. Drawing on your own inner wisdom to become aware of who you essentially are and how you can develop your full potential. Generally 20 to 40 sessions: depends on issue and other factors.
