I offer fees on a sliding scale depending on your financial situation (no proof required).
Individuals: first session set at £60.00, subsequent appointments between £40.00 and £80.00 - 50 minutes.
Couples: first session set at £60.00, subsequent appointments between £40.00 and £80.00 - 50 minutes.
Groups: first session set at £32.50, subsequent appointments between £25.00 and £40.00 - 90 minutes.
Approximate length of therapy: short term from 5 to 12 sessions, long term from 40 to 90 sessions or ongoing

What to Expect during Counselling, Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy

After a preliminary meeting in Hampstead Garden Suburb, London, there is no obligation to proceed if you prefer not to. We can take the opportunity to explore the personal or professional concerns for which you are considering Counselling, Psychoanalysis or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. We can see how well we work together. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling, Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy practice is appropriate for you.

The aim of my Counselling, Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy practice is to tailor therapy to you and your needs. To get the most from Counselling, Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy you will need to be able to work collaboratively.

As a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist - Group Analytic Psychotherapist, I am highly trained and experienced in using Group Analytic Therapy, Jungian Analysis, Psychoanalytic Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy to help people with mental health problems.

Group Analytic Therapy

Group may help you if you want to understand yourself and your relationships and increase your understanding of group behaviour and dynamics. Generally 40 to 120 sessions: depends on issue and other factors.

Psychoanalytic Therapy

I aim to help you make sense of issues that are troubling you, which can lead to significant personal change and development. The therapy is something you take an active working part in. Generally 40 to 160 sessions: depends on issue and other factors.
