What to Expect during Psychotherapy

After an initial assessment in Waterloo, London, there is no obligation to proceed if you decide not to. As Client and Therapist, we can take the opportunity to discuss the particular challenges for which you require Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. We can see how well we work together. You and I will then be able to establish if my Psychotherapy practice is right for you.

The aim of my Psychotherapy practice is to develop your knowledge of causes of concerns so you discover what to change or accept. To get the most from Psychotherapy you will need to be able to work collaboratively.

As a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist - Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist, I am highly trained and experienced in using Body Therapy, Brief Therapy, Client Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Therapy, Couple Therapy, Eclectic Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Family and Systemic Therapy, Family Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Holistic Therapy, Humanistic and Integrative Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Systemic Therapy and Transcultural Therapy to work with people to improve their wellbeing.
