What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy
After an initial appointment in Victoria, London, there is no obligation to continue if you prefer not to. You and I can use the safe space to explore the particular concerns for which you are considering Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. You can see how you feel working with me. You and I will then be able to assess if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to develop your knowledge of causes of concerns so you discover what to change or accept. To get the most from Counselling and Psychotherapy you will need to be able to work collaboratively.
As a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist - Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist, I am trained and experienced in using Gay Affirmative Therapy and Humanistic and Integrative Therapy to assist people to live more fully.
