What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy

After an initial consultation in West Brompton, London, there is no obligation to proceed if you decide not to. As Client and Therapist, we may take the opportunity to clarify the particular concerns for which you seek Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.

The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to concentrate on your concerns so you feel heard, respected and supported. To get the most from Counselling and Psychotherapy you will need to be able to work collaboratively.

As a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registered Art Therapist, I am trained and experienced in using Art Therapy, Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Therapy, Family and Systemic Therapy, Psychoanalytic Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) to assist people to live more fully.
