I am a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist - Psychodynamic Therapist and a British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) Registered Psychodynamic Psychotherapist. I work with people to help them make sense of the thoughts and emotions they experience. My private Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is in Tonbridge.

I have been a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist since July 2008 and a BPC Registered Psychodynamic Psychotherapist since December 2010, so I have over 4 years and 10 months of post-registration experience of working with clients. I work with Individuals. I'm experienced in working with people from different backgrounds and cultures, and helping with the particular difficulties they face. My expertise is in Relationship Problems.

In addition to being a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist in private practice in Tonbridge, I have experience as a Charity and NHS Specialist Services Psychodynamic Psychotherapist.

What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy

After an initial consultation in Tonbridge, there is no obligation to proceed if you do not wish to. We may take the opportunity to explore the current difficulties for which you are considering Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. We can see how well we work together. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.

As a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist - Psychodynamic Therapist and British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) Registered Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, I am trained and experienced in using Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT) and Psychodynamic Therapy to assist people to live more fully.
