Hello. My name is Julie Rose. I am a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Senior Accredited (MBACP Snr Accred) and Registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I work with people to help them make sense of the thoughts and emotions they experience. My private Counselling and Psychotherapy consulting room is situated in Canterbury. I also practise in Whitstable.
I have been a BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist since February 2004 (Accredited since February 1994 and Registered since January 2013) so I have over 19 years and 4 months of post-accreditation experience of working with clients. I work with Individuals, Couples and Groups. I'm experienced in working with men and people from different backgrounds and cultures, and dealing with the particular difficulties they face. My expertise is in Depression and Relationship Problems.
In addition to being a Counsellor and Psychotherapist in private practice in Canterbury, I have experience as a Charity, College, Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Counsellor and Psychotherapist.
