What to Expect during Psychotherapy

After an initial appointment in St. George, Bristol, there is no requirement to continue if you decide not to. We can use the time to discuss the particular concerns for which you seek Psychotherapy. I will address any questions you may have. You can see how you feel working with me. You and I will then be able to decide if my Psychotherapy practice is right for you.

The aim of my Psychotherapy practice is to tailor therapy to you and your needs. To get the most from Psychotherapy you will need to be able to participate.

As a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist - Humanistic and Integrative Therapist, I am trained and experienced in using Body Therapy, Contemporary Psychoanalytic Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Humanistic and Integrative Therapy and Person Centred Therapy to help people to address life problems.
