I am a British Psychological Society (BPS) Chartered Clinical Psychologist (CPsychol) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registered Clinical Psychologist. I help people to address the causes of problems, reduce symptoms, and live more fully. My private Psychology clinic is located in Oxford Circus, London.
A Clinical Psychologist since September 2006, I have 6 years of experience in Psychology. I work with Individuals. I'm experienced in working with people from different backgrounds and cultures, and helping with the particular difficulties they encounter. My specialist experience is in Anxiety, Depression and Mental Health Problems.
As well as being a Clinical Psychologist in private practice in Oxford Circus, London, I have experience as a Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) Clinical Psychologist.

What to Expect during Psychology
After an initial assessment in Oxford Circus, London, there is no obligation to continue if you do not wish to. As Client and Therapist, we will use the time to assess the current difficulties for which you seek Psychology. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. You can see how you feel working with me. You and I will then be able to decide if my Psychology practice is right for you.The aim of my Psychology practice is to concentrate on your concerns so you feel heard, respected and supported, develop your insight of your thoughts and how they may increase or decrease your symptoms, develop your knowledge of causes of concerns so you discover what to change or accept and tailor therapy to you and your needs. To get the most from Psychology you will need to be able to speak openly with me and reflect and work collaboratively.
As a British Psychological Society (BPS) Chartered Clinical Psychologist (CPsychol) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registered Clinical Psychologist, I am trained and experienced in using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Therapy, Integrative Therapy, Person Centred Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to assist people to alleviate their distress.
