What to Expect during Psychology

After an initial consultation in Temple, London, there is no obligation to continue if you decide not to. You and I may use the time to explore the particular concerns for which you are considering Psychology. I will address any questions you may have. We can see how well we work together. You and I will then be able to decide if my Psychology practice is right for you.

The aim of my Psychology practice is to develop your knowledge of causes of concerns so you discover what to change or accept.

As a British Psychological Society (BPS) Chartered Clinical Psychologist (CPsychol) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registered Clinical Psychologist, I am trained and experienced in using Constructivist Therapy, Couple Therapy, Family and Relationship Therapy, Kink Aware Therapy, Multimodal Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Psychosexual Therapy, Sexual and Relationship Therapy and Systemic Therapy to help people to address life problems.
