Welcome. I'm Matt. I'm a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist - Existential Psychotherapist. I work with people to help them make sense of the thoughts and emotions they experience. My private Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is based in Bickley, Bromley.

I have been a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist since September 2008 so I have over 4 years and 8 months of post-registration experience of working with clients. I work with Individuals. I am highly experienced in providing Counselling and Psychotherapy to people from corporate backgrounds, people from different backgrounds and cultures and the gay community, and assisting with the particular challenges they encounter.

As well as being a Psychotherapist in private practice in Bickley, Bromley, I have experience as a GP Surgery Psychotherapist.

After an initial appointment in Bickley, Bromley, there is no obligation to continue if you decide not to. We may take the opportunity to explore the particular issues for which you are considering Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will address any questions you may have. We can see how well we work together. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.

As a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist - Existential Psychotherapist, I am highly trained and experienced in using Existential Therapy to help people to address life problems.
