Clinical Experience in Counselling and Psychotherapy

I work with clients on a short or long term basis and work with a range of psychological and emotional issues. I use e-mail, telephone and face to face work. I believe in client empowerment rather than fitting the client to any theoretical approach.

What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy

I incorporate into my clinical work the concepts of Transactional Analysis and Integrative therapies. It is my believe that the relationship between therapist and client is the vehicle for therapeutic change.
