I have been a BPC Registered Psychodynamic Psychotherapist since January 2011 so I have over 2 years and 4 months of post-registration experience of working with clients. I work with Individuals and Couples. I am highly experienced in providing Counselling and Psychotherapy to people from different backgrounds and cultures, and dealing with the particular concerns they encounter. My expertise is in Relationship Problems.

After an initial assessment in Borough, London, there is no obligation to proceed if you decide not to. As Client and Therapist, we can use the time to discuss the current difficulties for which you seek Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will address any questions you may have. You can see how you feel working with me. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to concentrate on your concerns so you feel heard, respected and supported. To get the most from Counselling and Psychotherapy you will need to be able to be open to change.
As a British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) Registered Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, I am highly trained and experienced in using Psychodynamic Therapy to work with people to address the causes of problems and reduce symptoms.
Psychodynamic Therapy
Psychodynamic Therapy recognises that current difficulties which impede life may have their roots in early child development. The aim is to work alongside you, look at your early years, and to help you to heal and move on more constructively. Generally 1 to 100 sessions: depends on issue and other factors.
