I am a British Psychological Society (BPS) Chartered Counselling Psychologist (CPsychol) Associate Fellow (AFBPsS) with a Specialism in Psychotherapy, a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registered Counselling Psychologist and a British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Psychotherapist. My private Counselling, Psychology and Psychotherapy clinic is based in Reading.
I work with Individuals and Couples. I am highly experienced in providing Counselling, Psychology and Psychotherapy to men, people from corporate backgrounds, people from different backgrounds and cultures and women, and helping with the particular challenges they face. I have academic and clinical research experience in Depression.
