What to Expect during Psychotherapy

After a preliminary meeting in Montpelier, Bristol, there is no obligation to continue if you decide not to. We can use the time to clarify the particular issues for which you are considering Psychotherapy. I will address any questions you may have. You and I will then be able to decide if my Psychotherapy practice is right for you.

As a British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) Registered Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist, I am trained and experienced in using Psychoanalytic Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy to help people who experience problematic thoughts, feelings or behaviour.
