Clinical Experience in Counselling and Psychotherapy

I have been in practice for over 20 years working with a wide variety of issues. I specialise in couples and psychosexual work, and I am the author of a textbook called "Couples and sex". I have worked with post-traumatic stress notably for the Ladbroke rail crash, the 9/11 terrorist attacks, the tsunami disaster, the Iraqi war and the 7/7 terrorist attacks. I am bi-lingual in French. I am a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Fellow.

My approach to therapy is based on classic psychotherapeutic principles while being both practical and pragmatic. I can help you make sense of your thoughts and feelings and understand why you may be repeating negative patterns of behaviour. I offer a place of safety and respect where you can explore your issues, gain in insight and awareness and feel able to make changes and move on.
