Hello. My name is Tina Deas. I am a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Accredited (MBACP Accred) and Registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I assist people, each one unique, to work through their difficulties. My private Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is based in Malmesbury. I also practise in Westlea, Swindon and Swindon.
I have been a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist since September 2008 (Registered since December 2012) so I have more than 4 years and 8 months of post-accreditation experience of helping clients. I work with Individuals and Couples. I am highly experienced in providing Counselling and Psychotherapy to men, people from different backgrounds and cultures and women, and helping with the particular concerns they encounter. My specialist experience is in Anxiety, Loss, Stress and Unresolved Issues.
In addition to being a Counsellor and Psychotherapist in private practice in Malmesbury, I have experience as a NHS Primary Care Trust (PCT) Counsellor and Psychotherapist.

What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy
After an initial consultation in Malmesbury, there is no obligation to continue if you decide not to. We will use the safe space to explore the current or unresolved past issues for which you seek Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. You can see how you feel working with me. You and I will then be able to determine if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to tailor therapy to you and your needs. To get the most from Counselling and Psychotherapy you will need to be able to participate.
As a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Accredited (MBACP Accred) and Registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I am trained and experienced in using Couple Therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Holistic Therapy, Integrative Cognitive Therapy, Integrative Therapy, Person Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Interpersonal Therapy (PIT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) to work with people to improve their wellbeing.
