You and I can use the safe space to explore the particular challenges for which you are considering Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. You can see how you feel working with me. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is appropriate for you.The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to attend to what brings you to therapy in a confidential and focused environment, concentrate on your concerns so you feel heard, respected and supported, develop your knowledge of causes of concerns so you discover what to change or accept and work towards ending therapy when it is right for you. To get the most from Counselling and Psychotherapy you will need to be able to participate and speak openly with me and reflect.
