I am a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist - Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist. I help people to address the causes of problems, reduce symptoms, and live more fully. My private Counselling, Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy consulting room is located in City of London, London. I also practise in Luton.
I have been a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist since December 2009 so I have more than 3 years and 5 months of post-registration experience of working with clients. I also gained years of experience of working with clients as part of my training. I work with Individuals. I am highly experienced in providing Counselling, Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy to people from different backgrounds and cultures, and dealing with the particular issues they face.

What to Expect during Counselling, Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy
After an initial consultation in City of London, London, there is no obligation to continue if you do not wish to. As Client and Therapist, we can make use of the supportive environment to assess the current or unresolved past issues for which you are considering Counselling, Psychoanalysis or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. You can see how you feel working with me. You and I will then be able to determine if my Counselling, Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy practice is appropriate for you.The aim of my Counselling, Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy practice is to develop your knowledge of causes of concerns so you discover what to change or accept. To get the most from Counselling, Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy you will need to be able to speak openly with me and reflect.
