Hi. I'm Rebecca. I'm a British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Psychotherapist and a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registered Counselling Psychologist. I assist people to define problems and help them explore what to do next. My private Counselling, Psychology and Psychotherapy practice is based in Golders Green, London. I also practise in Victoria, London, City of London, London, Clerkenwell, London and North Marylebone, London.

I have been a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Psychotherapist since August 2011 and a HCPC Registered Counselling Psychologist since June 2012, so I have more than 1 year and 9 months of post-accreditation experience of working with clients. I work with Individuals and Couples. I am highly experienced in providing Counselling, Psychology and Psychotherapy to people from different backgrounds and cultures, and assisting with the particular concerns they encounter. I have academic and clinical research experience in Addictions.

In addition to being a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Psychotherapist and a Counselling Psychologist in private practice in Golders Green, London, I have experience as a NHS Hospital Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Psychotherapist and Counselling Psychologist.

We can use the time to assess the current difficulties for which you are considering Counselling, Psychology or Psychotherapy. I will address any questions you may have.
