I am a qualified CBT practitioner with experience in a wide range of issues. Working as a practitioner for organisations I have a wealth of knowledge and first hand experience in support and managing return to work programs and occupational health issues. I can work long or short term with solution focussed interventions integrating CBT and systemic strands. I have a very high success rate with my clients who see me via word of mouth referral and recommendation.
What to Expect during Counselling, Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy
Dependent on the client's situation and presenting problems I would work at the client's pace dependent on their level of interaction. I will assist the client to set their plan and goals working with the SMART model with clients. Dependent on the issues, we are able to work with systemic and psychodynamic interventions helping the client to address historical 'unfinished business' and relate to how this be may impacting on their 'here and now'.Clinical Qualifications in Counselling, Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy
I am BACP (accred), UKRC (Reg), an Institue of Welfare (IW)(Fellow) and a member of the BABCP. I have a wealth of knowledge with helping individuals, couples groups and businesses in analysing their issues and concerns with them working solution focussed initially, and then integrating other approaches and interventions. I am experienced in organisational issues and 'Employee Assistance Programme' model of helping.

I am a qualified and an accredited Psychotherapist and Counsellor. I am accredited with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a fellow of the Institute of Welfare (IW). I am also registered with the United Kingdom Register of Counsellors (UKRC) and am a member of the BABCP.
I have practiced in the counselling, occupational health and employee assistance field for the past 20 years. I have successfully set up my own business ‘Reach And Connect'.
