What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy

After an initial consultation in Archway, London, there is no obligation to proceed if you decide not to. We can use the time to explore the current concerns for which you are considering Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. You can see how you feel working with me. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.

The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to concentrate on your concerns so you feel heard, respected and supported.

As a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist - Integrative Psychotherapist, I am trained and experienced in using Integrative Therapy to assist people to live more fully.

Integrative Therapy

In a confidential and focused environment, we explore what gets in the way of your living more fully. Integrative Therapy brings together different ways of understanding your challenges. Working in a safe and supportive space, I aim to deepen your connection with yourself and the world around you. Generally 6 to 24 sessions: depends on issue and other factors.
