I work with people to help them make sense of the thoughts and emotions they experience. My private Psychotherapy practice is based in Maida Vale, London.

After a preliminary meeting in Maida Vale, London, there is no obligation to continue if you decide not to. We may take the opportunity to discuss the current concerns for which you are considering Psychotherapy. I will address any questions you may have. You and I will then be able to decide if my Psychotherapy practice is right for you.

As a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist - Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist, I am trained and experienced in using Humanistic and Integrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Transpersonal Therapy to assist people to live more fully.
