What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy

After an initial appointment in Saint Dunstans, Canterbury, there is no obligation to continue if you decide not to. You and I can use the safe space to explore the current or unresolved past experience for which you are considering Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. You can see how you feel working with me. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.

The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to concentrate on your concerns so you feel heard, respected and supported. To get the most from Counselling and Psychotherapy you will need to be able to work collaboratively.
