After an initial appointment in Kingston Upon Thames, there is no obligation to proceed if you do not wish to. We may use the safe space to consider the current challenges for which you seek Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you. We can see how well we work together. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.

The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to attend to what brings you to therapy in a confidential and focused environment. To get the most from Counselling and Psychotherapy you will need to be able to speak openly with me and reflect.

As a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist, I am highly trained and experienced in using Brief Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Integrative Therapy, Person Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) to assist people to get through the difficulties they experience.
