We can see how well we work together. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.As a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Accredited (MBACP Accred) Counsellor and Psychotherapist and UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist, I am highly trained and experienced in using Integrative Psychosynthesis Therapy to help people to address life problems.

Additional Information
I work in a very open, accepting way. I work primarily in the here and now such as exploring how you are feeling right now. That said, where it helps we will also link what is happening in your life now to patterns built in the past. My approach is supportive yet with a willingness to confront difficult issues.
Therapy provides a space to explore not only what holds you back in your life, but what draws you forward, such as love, art, beauty or a desire for peace or happiness.
