Clinical Experience in Counselling

I'm a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Member (MBACP) Counsellor. My private Counselling consulting room is based in Lincoln.

A Counsellor since July 2006, I have 5 years of experience in Counselling. I work with Individuals and Couples.

What to Expect during Counselling

At an initial assessment in Lincoln, there is no need to continue if you do not wish to. As Client and Therapist, we may use the safe space to assess the current difficulties for which you seek Counselling. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. You and I will then be able to determine if my Counselling practice is appropriate for you.

As a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Member (MBACP) Counsellor, I am highly trained and experienced in using Client Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Therapy, Humanistic Therapy and Person Centred Therapy to help people who experience problematic thoughts, feelings or behaviour.
