I am a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist - Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist. I help people to address the causes of problems, reduce symptoms, and live more fully. My private Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is situated in Horsham.

I have been a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist since June 2010 so I have over 3 years of post-registration experience of working with clients. I also gained experience of working with clients as part of my training. I work with Individuals and Couples. I'm experienced in working with people from different backgrounds and cultures, and helping with the particular difficulties they face.

What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy

After an initial consultation in Horsham, there is no obligation to continue if you do not wish to. We can take the opportunity to clarify the current or unresolved past difficulties for which you are considering Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. We can see how well we work together. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.

The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to attend to what brings you to therapy in a confidential and focused environment. To get the most from Counselling and Psychotherapy you will need to be able to speak openly with me and reflect.

As a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist - Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist, I am trained and experienced in using Client Centred Therapy and Humanistic and Integrative Therapy to help people who experience problematic thoughts, feelings or behaviour.
