I have eight years counselling experience working in various NHS and voluntary settings. I have worked as an honorary psychotherapist in Charing Cross Hospital Psychotherapy department since 2008. I am a counsellor at the Westminster Drug Project and have extensive experience of working within the field of drugs and alcohol. In my role at KCN (Kingston Carers Network) I facilitate support groups for carers in GP surgeries across Kingston. I also facilitate an alcohol support group at the Wandsworth Drug Project. I have worked with a diverse client base and have experience in working with issues including: anger management, anxiety, bereavement, depression, dementia, eating difficulties including anorexia and bulimia, panic attacks, rape, relationship difficulties, stress and trauma.
