I have been a BPS Chartered Clinical Psychologist since June 2009 and a HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist since May 2010, so I have over 4 years of post-chartership experience of working with clients. I'm experienced in working with men and people from different backgrounds and cultures, and helping with the particular concerns they face.
As well as being a Clinical Psychologist in private practice in Oxford Circus, London, I have experience as a Charity, College, Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Clinical Psychologist. I have also worked as a Clinical Psychologist in Portugal.

After an initial assessment in Oxford Circus, London, there is no obligation to proceed if you decide not to. We can take the opportunity to explore the personal or professional concerns for which you are considering Counselling, Psychology or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. You can see how you feel working with me. I will then be able to decide if my Counselling, Psychology and Psychotherapy practice is appropriate for you.The aim of my Counselling, Psychology and Psychotherapy practice is to attend to what brings you to therapy in a confidential and focused environment, concentrate on your concerns so you feel heard, respected and supported and tailor therapy to you and your needs. To get the most from Counselling, Psychology and Psychotherapy you will need to be able to participate and work collaboratively.
As a British Psychological Society (BPS) Chartered Clinical Psychologist (CPsychol) Associate Fellow (AFBPsS) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registered Clinical Psychologist, I am highly trained and experienced in using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Therapy, Psychoanalytic Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Psychosexual Therapy, Relational Therapy, Schema Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) and Systemic Therapy to work with people to improve their wellbeing.
