Clinical Experience in Counselling and Psychotherapy

Hello. My name is Bronwen Rees. I am a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist. I assist people, each one unique, to work through their difficulties. My private Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is located in Cambridge. I also practise in Wixoe, Sudbury.

A Psychotherapist since March 2004, I have 9 years of experience in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I work with Individuals and Groups.

What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy

After an initial consultation in Cambridge, there is no obligation to continue if you decide not to. As Client and Therapist, we may make use of the supportive environment to assess the current challenges for which you are considering Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. We can see how well we work together. You and I will then be able to ascertain if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.

The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to attend to what brings you to therapy in a confidential and focused environment.

As a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist, I am highly trained and experienced in using Core Process Therapy to assist people to live more fully.

Core Process Therapy

Core Process Therapy is a unique, humanistic and Buddhist-inspired approach to therapy, which aims to discover what holds you back in relationships and how you can live your live more fully. Generally 1 to 52 sessions: depends on issue and other factors.
