Hello. My name is Francesca Bennett. I am a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Accredited (MBACP Accred) Counsellor and Psychotherapist. My private Counselling and Psychotherapy clinic is based in Brighton.
I have been a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist since March 2005 so I have over 8 years and 2 months of post-accreditation experience of working with clients. In addition, I gained experience of working with clients as part of my training. I work with Individuals. I am highly experienced in providing Counselling and Psychotherapy to people from different backgrounds and cultures, and dealing with the particular concerns they encounter. My expertise is in Unresolved Issues.
As well as being a Counsellor and Psychotherapist in private practice in Brighton, I have experience as a School Counsellor and Psychotherapist.

After an initial appointment in Brighton, there is no obligation to continue if you decide not to. We may take the opportunity to explore the particular concerns for which you seek Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. You and I will then be able to establish if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to concentrate on your concerns so you feel heard, respected and supported.
As a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Accredited (MBACP Accred) Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I am highly trained and experienced in using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Existential Therapy to work with people to improve their wellbeing.
