I work with Individuals and Couples. I'm experienced in working with men and people from different backgrounds and cultures, and assisting with the particular difficulties they face.

As well as being a Counsellor and Psychotherapist in private practice in West Norwood, London, I have experience as a Charity, College, Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Counsellor and Psychotherapist.

What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy

After an initial appointment in West Norwood, London, there is no obligation to proceed if you decide not to. We will take the opportunity to assess the current difficulties for which you are considering Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is appropriate for you.

The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to develop your knowledge of causes of concerns so you discover what to change or accept.
