What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy
After an initial consultation in Highgate, London, there is no obligation to continue if you decide not to. You and I may use the safe space to discuss the personal concerns for which you are considering Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. We can see how well we work together. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to concentrate on your concerns so you feel heard, respected and supported. To get the most from Counselling and Psychotherapy you will need to be able to be open to change.
As a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist, I am highly trained and experienced in using Psychodynamic Therapy to assist people to live more fully.
