Cancel Re-schedule & Refunds
If you want to cancel your Website Services registration with RSCPP, please discuss it with your therapist before doing so as endings can be psychologically important. You can cancel your Website Services registration via your 'cancel services' webpage.
Face to Face & Telephone Clinical Services
- Cancel an appointment via your 'cancel services' webpage.
- Re-schedule by cancelling the appointment you no longer want via your 'cancel services' webpage. Book a new appointment via your 'select | pay | confirm' webpage. If your therapist's profile includes the phrase 'Book subsequent appointments with (therapist's name) in person', please cancel via your 'cancel services' webpage, then re-schedule directly with your therapist.
- Refunds are only made for appointments if you provide 48 hours or more cancellation notice. Refundable appointments will be marked as refundable on your 'cancel services' webpage where you can cancel and arrange a refund. All Refunds are subject to a 25% non-refundable website services deduction.
- If your therapist needs to re-schedule they will telephone you.
Encrypted Email Clinical Services
- Cancel any unsent encrypted email via your 'cancel services' webpage.
- Refunds are only made for encrypted emails you do not send to your therapist for a response. Refundable encrypted email bookings will be marked as refundable on your 'cancel services' webpage where you can cancel and arrange a refund. All Refunds are subject to a 25% non-refundable website services deduction.
- If your therapist needs to re-schedule their response they will email you
